At Shangri-La we strive to maintain a friendly, lively and accepting environment within the RP community both in FFXIV and in Discord.Please read and abide by our rules and enjoy your stay with us in Paradise.We are an 18+ venue and will only tend to guests over that age, you will be turned away if you are underaged!

RULES

▪️All characters and players participating in ERP must be 18 and over. No exceptions.▪️ We have zero tolerance for any racism, sexism, trans-phobia, or any harassment targeted at any individual at any given time.▪️All ERP interactions are restricted to the private chambers and to remain private unless you have prior consent to share any ERP interaction with the public.▪️All RP/ERP interactions are to be kept in 3rd person, this is to show there is a clear distinction between yourself and your character. Of course we understand that this can often take some getting used to and therefore we will be happy to engage with your character regardless.▪️All payments must be paid upfront and our staff have the right to refuse service.▪️ Each player has the responsibility to stop their session should they begin to feel unsafe or uncomfortable with the player/scene taking place or feel others may be at risk. Please report this to management at the soonest convenience.▪️ Please treat our staff and venue with respect. If you fail to abide by our rules and etiquette you will be asked to leave.▪️ Guests are not permitted into any staff area, this means behind the bar, staff lounge etc.▪️ Guests are only permitted to be allowed access to the upper levels of the establishment if they have a booked companion session with a Host/s. Any guests seen without a Host in this area will be kindly asked to move to a different area.

Upon your arrival you will be greeted by a member of staff who will guide you through the night’s events and what to expect during your stay. Please feel free to ask questions as we are more than happy to help.If you are seeking the company of one of our esteemed Hosts, you will be paired up with one who is available unless you have a particular request.Please be clear when requesting either a Companion service or Intimate service so we can pair you up with the most suitable Host.Shangri-La staff work hard to bring you a one of a kind RP service where quality is always a guarantee.If you have any issues or any further questions please reach out to any of our management team.
